ABOUT US

The purposes for which this Corporation is organized are to promote and protect the interests of all members in Dodge County, Nebraska and adjacent areas; to maintain just and equitable treatment in their  relations with each other and with their employees; to promote  steadiness of employment in the building trades; to assist in the making  of trade agreements respecting the employment of labor by its members; to insist upon the fulfillment of such agreements; to promote the settlement of labor disputes; to assist in the prevention of strikes and  lockouts; to promote and protect the business interests of its members; to promote goodwill and good public relations; and, to generally do all  things necessary and prudent to protect and promote the building and construction industry; but, there is no intent, nor shall there be any  action on the part of the Corporation to control or in any way deal with  prices or restrict competition.
